To present and publish your research work in ICECAA 2025, you must submit your full-length paper for review before the “Full Paper Submission Deadline” mentioned in the conference homepage.

The full-length manuscript will be reviewed and decision will be sent to the submitted author’s Email ID. Authors who receive acceptance should proceed and register to the conference. More information available in Registration Info Page. Authors who received revision decision should revise and send back the updated manuscript in the same Email conversation within a period of 6-8 days.

An accepted and registered paper is eligible for delivering a presentation of their work (can be prepared and presented by one or more authors) to Program Committee, session chairs and conference audience:

You can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.

Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Papers should be at least 10 pages and it can be maximum of 15 pages.

Important Notes:

ICECAA will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICECAA reviewing period.

Regular Papers: Each paper must be including the abstract, introduction, literature review/methodology, figures, tables, results & discussion/findings, conclusion/summary and references.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical contribution. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential of any academic event. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

  1. Reject the submitted article or remove the article from the final publications (at any stage).
  2. Reserve the right to cancel the registration and remove the authors name(s), the title of the article from conference proceedings.
